Bru n ox® Turbo-Spray® is a multipurpose spray that can be used as a rust remover, corrosion protection, as a cleaning agent, to lubricate and as a contact spray and more

Application:

For: Maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, repairs, production, storage, transport.
From: machines, precision instruments, intermediate storage, finished products, means of transport, installations and various electrical appliances. Brunox® Turbo-Spray®, the only multi-function spray with TURBOLINE, guarantees a high capillary effect and is economical in use (100 - 120 square meters per liter). Brunox® Turbo-Spray® on metal surfaces is water-repellent, protects against moisture and aggressive conditions such as acidic environments, chimney gases, etc. By using Brunox® Turbo-Spray® a transparent, compact, non-hardening, anti-rust film of 1-2 micron thick molded, which provides reliable protection. Brunox® Turbo-Spray® can be easily removed with cleaning agents (surfactants).

Operation

Lubricant
Brunox® Turbo-Spray® is a long-lasting lubricant thanks to the special mixture of hydrocarbons and the addition of TURBOLINE.

Penetrating Oil / Rust Remover
Brunox® Turbo-Spray® is a multi-component lubricating oil with an excellent penetrating effect. As a result, it can penetrate into the smallest cracks and spaces and, for example, loosen stuck screws in no time. Turbo-Spray removes flash rust and makes rusted mechanisms move again.

Corrosion protection
Brunox® Turbo-Spray® guarantees complete corrosion protection, even in the smallest hollow spaces. The hydrocarbon mixture provides both a compact protective layer and the necessary film thickness that dissipates moisture. It forms a clear, invisible, non-curing layer that in most cases does not need to be removed. (Exception: before dyeing). This film provides temporary protection against corrosion (about 6 months) and is dirt-repellent.

Cleaning agent
Brunox® Turbo-Spray® displaces and removes mineral and organic dirt, so that (almost) all types of stains (eg tar, brake dust, adhesive residues, etc.) can be easily removed. Turbo-Spray also removes powder, lead and copper residues from weapons. It neutralizes hand sweat and also protects aluminum, copper, brass, chrome and galvanized steel and also stainless steel. Think of the stainless steel extractor hood in the kitchen!

Contact spray
Brunox® Turbo-Spray® has a very low surface tension and a great adhesion to metals, so that leakage currents are prevented and penetrated moisture is immediately removed. This property is particularly suitable for electrical contacts, short circuit is eliminated and prevented.
