RUSTYCO ® RUST SOLVENT is a unique rust killer. It removes rust 100% pore-deep in all seams and crevices of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and most ferrous metals. Without blasting or sanding. It's not a converter. Makes the surface microscopically clean and also has an anti-corrosive effect. This is the ideal substrate for all primers and paint systems. It can be treated as new metal again. RUSTYCO is a concentrate, water-dilutable. With 1 liter of RUSTYCO you can make a 20 liters of powerful rust removal bath, which can be used several times, until it has become dark/black in color.

RUSTYCO is harmless to most materials such as paint, plastic, wood, rubber, vinyl, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, chrome, etc. No hazardous fumes, non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable, environmentally friendly. Note: Always test in an inconspicuous place before use.

User manual :

• First remove loose rust, dirt, grease and oil.
• Prepare a solution in water, eg in a plastic bucket or container. Add at least 5 caps of RUSTYCO per liter of water (light rust). Add more RUSTYCO in case of heavier rust formation, use undiluted if necessary.
• Immerse the object in the rust removal bath (minimum 30 minutes). Approximately 72 hours may be required in case of very heavy rust.
• Remove item regularly from solution, brush off loose rust and rinse with water. This promotes and speeds up the process. Heating the solution removes all rust even faster. After this process, the object can be temporarily made rust-resistant.
• Immerse again for about 5 minutes, let it dry and do not let it come into contact with moisture.
• The item is now ready for further processing. Objects that cannot be submerged should be derusted with RUSTYCO ®-GEL
