Has your order been shipped, but you haven't received it yet? Very annoying to say the least. We gladly take care of that, as fast as we can. You can also follow the following steps yourself:
Track & trace
You receive an email from Winparts after your order has been handed over to the carrier. This email contains more information regarding your shipment, among which track & trace details. With this information, you can track the order. Sometimes it happens that the status changes or that the shipment is delayed for some reason. Obviously, we do our utmost best to make sure that your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
Is the address you provided accurate? You can both check this using the details in your order and the track & trace information. Is the address not correct? Please get in touch with our customer services department, we'll make sure that the parcel gets forwarded on to the right address.
Not at home card
Next to the above, please check your letterbox if there's a card left by the courier. Maybe you just missed the courier? Our carriers leave a card in your letterbox if they turned up but no one answered the door. With the card, you can then either collect it or arrange redelivery (full details will be on the card).
Followed all these steps but you still haven't received your order? Please get in touch with us. We try and sort things out as fast as we can. You can get in touch with us by signing in to your my Winparts account and notify us by adding a remark that you haven't receive your order at 'status/questions' of your order.
