Did you make a payment attempt and the amount has been deducted from your bank account but your order has not been cleared yet? Please get in touch with us by email. It would be very helpful if you could attach a photograph or screenshot of the payment details. Make sure to blank/cross out what's private like other payments in the same screenshot. A screenshot makes it easier for our customer services department to check your payment.
Note, some payment methods are inherently slower in processing payments, e.g. bank transfers. Obviously, this negatively impacts the speed of processing orders.
