Fortunately, it included a very good description of how to install it. The first time is always the hardest, but we did it and it is a great carrier for our bikes. I have not used the ramp yet, but the storage cover is nice and strong. In any case, I am very happy with this purchase.

Great, the combination with the ramp, which is very useful, especially with an electric bicycle. I find the carrier itself quite heavy and it took some practice to secure it. But now that I know how to keep it straight, it goes very quickly. I don't think we will ever use the cover as we use the carrier several times a week and it is usually in the car in between.
