Replacing the chain wheel

Replacing a motorcycle sprocket is done in a few steps. Some technical knowledge is required. Make sure the motorcycle is stable on a flat surface and place it on a paddock stand or wheel clamp. First remove the old chain, which you can cut if necessary. Loosen the bolts of the sprocket and remove the old sprocket. Then place the new sprocket on the axle and attach it with the bolts, making sure they are tight. Reassemble the chain and make sure it runs correctly over the sprockets.

Replacing the chain

Replacing a motorcycle chain is fairly simple, you follow the same steps as for the sprocket. You only need to measure the new chain and cut it to length, you can measure this by placing the chain around the sprockets. Remove any excess links. Place the new chain around the sprockets and make sure it is aligned correctly. Finally, close the chain with a locking clip or by riveting the links. Lubricate the chain with chain oil to prevent wear and extend its life.
