Which tail light do I need?

The first step is to determine what tail light you exactly need. This can be either a complete rear light, just the light or only the rear light glass. Replacement tail light

When the back light of your car is broken, there may be a number of things going on. It is not always necessary to replace the entire lamp. The first thing to check is therefore the housing. Is this still intact? Then remove the part. The actual light bulb is inside the rear light. Check whether it is burned out or broken. If so, you can order a new tail light bulb and put it in. Is the housing broken or are other parts of your rear light broken? Then you will have to replace the entire lamp including housing.

In general, you can easily replace the tail light yourself. How you exactly should go about this differs per car make and model. But in general, you can replace your car's back light in a few steps:

Unscrew the fixing bolts;

Carefully remove the back light;

Remove the light from the bracket and disconnect the cables;

Connection works in the reverse order;
