    The R-Lamp has been specially developed for headlights with a reflector, the most traditional light beam system. If you do not have a completely closed reflector in your headlight, there is a great chance of stray light. This means that the light image is somewhat clouded because you put a much stronger lamp in it (the xenon lamp). This allows light to escape from the traditional reflector.

    Note: Do you have a lens headlight with a glass ball behind which the lamp is located? Then you do not need an R lamp.
