Audi S5 F5 3.0TFSI 260KW/354PK (2016+)The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm = 17,130 cm³), offering a 134% larger flow area and 105% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance grille is a high-quality tube-fin grille with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 9.5 kg. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in a CFD system. The connection diameters are Ø62 mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67 mm at the intercooler outlet. This kit is optionally available with complete intercooler piping. This includes three reinforced silicone hoses and one aluminum intercooler pipe. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees durable and optimal cooling with a significant performance improvement. A complete, ready-to-install kit, easily replaces the standard intercooler – plug and play. Tested to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are continuously monitored for quality. Suitable for racing.
