Wagner Tuning Competition Kit SQ5 3.0Tdi
The high-performance intercooler has the following dimensions (610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm = 17.446 l), offering a 178% larger inlet surface area and 158% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition-grade grille is a high-quality tube-fin grille with internal turbulators. As a result, despite its size, the intercooler weighs just 9.1 kg.
The cast aluminum end casings were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow. An air duct integrated into the end casing ensures homogeneous filling of the Competition-grade mesh. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67 mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the standard intercooler.
Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees durable and optimal cooling with a significant performance improvement. The fully installable kit can easily be replaced with the standard intercooler.
Tested to 6 bar and pressure-resistant. All our products are continuously monitored for quality. Suitable for racing.
