Wagner Tuning Competition Package EVO2 BMW E-series N55 catless
The Competition Package for the BMW E-Series consists of the EVO 2 intercooler upgrade kit and the N55 pipe kit without catalytic converter and fits the following vehicles.
BMW 135i E82/E88*
BMW 335(x)i E90/E91/E92/E93*

The Competition intercooler has the following dimensions (520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm / stepped = 13,572 cm³), offering an 85% larger intake surface area and 90% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-quality grille ensures that adjacent components, such as the water cooler, still receive sufficient airflow and is also very light (7.4 kg). CAD-developed free-form cast aluminum end casings ensure optimal internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less back pressure than the standard cooler. Furthermore, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is simple and straightforward, replacing the OEM intercooler. All our products are subject to ongoing quality control. Minor modifications are required to ensure that our EVO 2 version fits all specified vehicles. The cooler fits vehicles with N54 and N55 engines. Vehicles with the M package require additional modifications to the underbody.
