    Wagner Tuning Competition Package EVO3 BMW E-series N55 without cat

    The high-performance intercooler measures 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm (20.65 l increments), offering a 162% larger inlet surface area and 182% more intercooler volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition-grade grille is a high-quality tube-fin grille with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 13.2 kg. The intercooler end casings are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analyses in a CFD system. The EVO3 intercooler kit was specially developed for the demanding requirements of the high-performance tuning levels of the BMW 135i and 335i. The original click connections have been removed, and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to Ø70 mm. The kit also includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. Furthermore, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees sustainable and optimal cooling with a significant performance improvement. Complete, ready-to-install kit, easy to replace with the standard intercooler.
