This Competition Intercooler has the following core size (620mm x 440mm x 65mm), which provides 132% more volume compared to the stock intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the size and efficiency of the intercooler core, as well as the design of the final tank to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in a higher flow rate and better cooling characteristics. With the help of additional air ducts, the internal inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is ensured. The result is excellent cooling characteristics and much less pressure drop than the stock intercooler. Despite its size, the weight of the complete intercooler is only 9.2kg.
The intercooler inlets and outlets have been enlarged to 70mm diameter, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. This intercooler kit is the best choice for performance gains and low intake temperatures, optimal cooling with significantly more power.
