A frequently asked question is whether the lowering springs can be used in combination with the original shock absorbers. In most cases, you can still use the original shock absorbers. This can often be done up to a lowering of 40 mm. However, if you want your car to be lowered more, it may be necessary to replace the shock absorbers with shorter ones. So, whether you can use the original shock absorbers or if you need to purchase new ones, depends entirely on how much you want to lower your car.
