Replacing rear axle bushes

With the right tools and basic car knowledge, you can replace your rear axle bushes yourself. You will need to dismantle the suspension of your car, a good jack or ramp is essential for this. You will also need a bench vice and bearing press to press the bushes out of the control arm and replace them with new ones. A lubricant such as WD-40 will come in handy if the bushes are rusted in place.
