The product is broken/damaged during delivery

Did you receive a broken or damaged product? Obviously not our intention. We explain below what you can do so we can make things right.

In the case of a damaged or broken product, please notify us as soon as possible. Preferably within 2 business days after receiving your order. Please submit a return request online first so that we are able to serve you accordingly and as fast as possible. You can submit a request via  my Winparts or by using the return button below.

If you received a product which is damaged, we also want to sort things out with the carrier. That's why it's important that you send photographs of the damage* within 3 business days after your return request has been confirmed.

* In some cases, it is not necessary to return the damaged part to us. In this case, our return department representative will notify you while processing your return.
