How do I place an order?

Ordering at Winparts is rather easy. We have ensured that our checkout process is straightforward. To make extra sure that the process is clear, we have set up a step-by-step plan:

Step 1. Choose a product category and select the articles you wish to purchase.
Step 2. Click on the "buy"-button or go to the product page to see more information. After you have chosen the product, click on the "buy"-button there.
Step 3. To continue to the checkout, click on the shopping cart in the top right corner, or click in the fold-out on 'order'
Step 4. Check if the quantities are accurate and if you´ve added the right products to your shopping cart.
Step 5. New customer? Please fill in the required fields. Already a customer? Please use your email address and password to sign in. Click on sign in - your login credentials are completely confidential, treated with the utmost care and are only used for (future) orders.
Step 6. Continue placing your order. Choose your desired payment method and fill in the field for the delivery address. You can choose the courier which suits your needs best.

Tip: Did you order parts specific to your vehicle? Please use our vehicle selector by selecting your vehicle or providing your number plate. Please check if the manufacturing date is correct.

After making the payment and placing your order we will confirm your order by email. You can also use your my Winparts account to check the status of your order, invoices and submit questions. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we´ll send you a track & trace code by email. With this information, you're able to trace the parcel(s) before and during shipping.
