    The Hapro Atlas Active I is a compact, reliable, and very user-friendly towbar bike carrier, specifically designed for the safe transport of one bicycle. With a maximum load capacity of 30 kg, this model is a true all-rounder, making it suitable not only for lighter city bikes and sporty mountain bikes but also capable of effortlessly carrying a heavier electric bike. Thanks to the well-thought-out, simple mounting system, you can mount the carrier securely onto your car's towbar in no time and without complicated maneuvers. Furthermore, with a weight of just 6.9 kg, the system is particularly light and comfortable to handle when placing and storing it.

    Safety and the protection of your equipment are paramount with this carrier. The bicycle is securely positioned in a robust wheel channel and quickly and easily fastened with the convenient quick-release buckles. These buckles are equipped with special rim protection to prevent scratches or damage to the wheels while riding. Additionally, the adjustable frame holder ensures stable fixation of the bicycle frame. To deter theft, the Hapro Atlas Active I features double anti-theft protection: both the carrier itself on the tow bar and the frame clamp on the bicycle are equipped with integrated locks.       In use it is an easy bike carrier, fits well on the tow bar, one downside I find is the clamp on my bike the clamp has to be from bottom to top on the bar because it is narrow from the top, the clamp goes with difficulty between the front wheel and the bar, otherwise neat.
